It wasn't tuna, but that salmon was FINE!

I had to settle for salmon again last night, but what a GREAT piece of fish it was! I used KennyG's recipe...soaked it in teryaki sauce for about 1-2 hours in the frig, then brushed it with olive oil, sprinkled it with Jack Daniels, and drizzled it with maple syrup before smoking it over a water-filled drip pan at 225 with some Jack Daniels chips for 40 minutes. Oh man! Moist and delicious! I was a hero last night! Thanks again to KennyG!
