In past years, this info was included on the registration link for EggFest. This year it's just a guest list.[p]C'mon, let's post Saturday's menu for those lucky enough to attend![p]I'm doing chili. See you there.[p]K~G

    i'm doing 'hong kong' steamed salmon[p]spawn is doing her brownies[p]then nature boy and i may be "throwing down" some hanger steaks :-)[p]always look forward to bowl of your chili!!!

    Iam doing chili also but this want take all day so I am also planning on doing a couple of whole pork loins.I hope we can get into the lot after the meet and greet I want to unload my tent and tables and some other stuff see you there.

    KennyG, i'm going to do my Georgia Red Wings (a recipe I stole fair and square) and going to try some "schweinerouladen" (rolled up pork stuffed with a bit of sausage, carrot and pickle - the pork version of the German 'rinderrouladen'). A friend is doing some spaetzle (at least according to Max).

    I'm doing some Eggribs and Adobo chicken with Phillipino fried rice. The rice is tasty on its own so I'm gonna do a couple batches so some is available on its own and with the chicken over it.

    Being from KY, we're planning to do a whole bourbon theme. We're definitely making Bourbon Bread Pudding. We're trying to decide between a couple of bourbon shrimp recipes. I think I'll come up with one more thing to go along with these (can't ever cook with enough bourbon...)[p]Mike
