Thanks to all of you they turned out great![p]The funny thing was my 7 year old nephew coming up to me and saying "uh, aunt lissa.... there's fire coming out of the top of your egg"[p]I told him it was ok. (I was biting my nails a bit though...lol)

I just cranked the egg up and crossed my fingers!
I seasoned them with Raising the Steaks & some soy sauce, and then flipped them onto the egg at around 600 degrees. I turned them over a few times to get good grill marks and then pulled them off. They came out a nice medium rare.[p]Thanks for all the help!
