I have a tri-tip that won't be going on the grill until 6-8 hours from now and I'm wondering if I should make use of the time by injecting, brining, or marinating. Any ideas/experience? Thanks, Scott

I rub my tri-tips with a S&P and garlic salt mixture right before I grill them. It works great. good luck, Tom

Scotty's Inferno,
Or you can try this. It requires no marinade, injection, etc.

The roast was a success! What a great cut.
