Boston Butt

Just bought a nice Boston Butt at Kroeger, going for the first one. Is Brant's receipe (from the web site) recomended by Eggpertcs. Haven't done anything near that length of time, turkey being the longest meat I 've cooked. Got the steaks, salmon, burgers and chicken down to an art, time to get creative. I also have not yet mastered regulating the temperatures for long lengths of time.[p]Thanks, Gordy
