    Kermit, when reading that one, I would jokingly suggest that perhaps they learned from this forum. Its a very good article, and points out some of the myths in rotating birds breast side up and down and sideways for one. The last item regarding range birds vs broiler birds in cooks is especially true IMHO. I have seen some pretty skinny looking bird pics posted here..heeeeyaaaa. I recommend going to the 8 lb class broiler for any whole bird cook.
