    Tim M, me too!! If he bombed again, there is always the next cook. Eventually it's glory hole time. Hope he succeeds. I think I will quit the advice on ribs or anything else department and just sit back and enjoy the dang things.

    They could have used an extra half hour in the foil, but I didn't get too many complaints last night. The football game was calling for me way to hard!
    J.J.'s direct method is going to be my next adventure. Wednesday night I should be able to get out of work early
    and fire up the egg.
