I AM A VERY NEW GREEN EGG OWNER, AND NEW TO THE WORD OF SMOKING
COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY RIBS. I HAVE TRIED TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE WEB AND ELSE WHERE.(4 TIMES ALL BAD) I HAVE HAD GOOD RESULTS WITH CHICKEN, BOSTON BUTTS, HAMBURGERS, ETC. MY RIBS CONTINUE TO BE VERY TOUGH. PLEASE HELP A ROOKIE. EVERYONE SAYS TO BOIL FIRST, BUT I REFUSE TO DO THIS.
