I've got a couple of pork tenderloins that have been marinating for awhile so now its time to think about eggin em. Any ideas out there? Should it be long and low indirect, or high then and dwell time like steak or what?

    I cook em direct at 300 or so, fipping every 10-15 minutes, until internal temp is 145. They take about 40-45 minutes for me. TimM's site has some good pics and instructions. He cooks a lot of those suckers.[p]Enjoy! Dem is purty good. My Terps play Duke in Bball tonight. Big game. Go Terps.
