Time & Temp for Wings

What would be the correct temp to do wings? How long should they take? Help appreciated. Thanks guys. -Ray

    Ray,
    250* for appx 40 min turning every 10 min. Make a bunch so you do not miss any of the game tomorrow. My favorite is Tanker Tim's Okinawa wings.

    Don't forget to put a bowl (small) of hotsauce in the micro when you wave them to add a special flavor...[p]dang good
    use Cherry....mixed with mesquite...(dang!)
