<p />Thanks for the suggestions on the chicken. It turned out great. I did the orange/lemonade brine, sprinkled with DP's shakin the tree and a little corn starch. The skin was not rubbery or crisp, but the bird was very moist. Thanks again. Tom

    Tom - isn't Shakin' the Tree the best? I am brining a chicken in STT & local artesian water to have for dinner tomorrow. (I'm not a health freak, I just happen to have the water available)[p]Tonight I have STT ribs smokin' on the egg right now.... I think they will be done in 2 - 3 beers. ;)
