Most folks cook them until they are done, not to a temperature. You look for the meat pulling back from the bone and the ability to twist the bone in the meat and have it loosen. [p]TNW

The Naked Whiz,[p]I always have cooked acording to the "feel" of the meal to check for doneness. Many times I have checked the meat temp when the meat was done. The temp was always 185-190 degrees.[p]Spin
