Big Butt Advice

Doing two (10) pound butts tomorrow and have a concern/question:[p]If I can't get them to fit side by side on my large, I do have a multi level set-up to use, but am wondering this: Do you let the drippings from the top butt drip down on the lower butt and then ultimately all drippings into one drip pan below both of them?[p]Or, should I try to arrange a drip pan directly below each butt to catch each butt's drippings separately?[p]

meinbmw,[p]Personally, I don't catch the drippings, just put some foil on the platesetter to minimize the mess. I double stack them with no apparent effect on the lower butts.[p]Woody
