Dang it - and yes I should know better. I've had a large Egg for ten years, but thanks to this great forum, I've recently begun to experiment with high temp cooks. Moral of the story, burp that baby - every time.

So I went back and re-read The Whiz' page on flashback.

Oh well, arm hair is over-rated - the salmon was superb!
