First brisket with Stoker (pics)

Just put on the 10lb brisket, already trimmed fom butcher, and set the Stoker to hold 230 in the dome. Home made rub from one of the recipes on the BGE page. So far I have had only a two to three degree variance from setpoint. Happy Happy Happy![p]Fired up the small for some burgers ans a tri-tip for tonights dinner.
