Experimenting with Small Pizzas

Cooked three small pizzas this evening using Flat Pita Bread, a sauce made from a bablano pepper, two small challots, and a mango, plus a dash of salt. Chopped this into a sauce in a small food chopper after I had sauteed the pepper and challots. The Pita is kind of thick and I failed to get a good crust on it. Next time I'll use tortillas for the bread. Otherwise the pizzas were good. [p]Misc.jpg
