Got the firs book recently, and I want to try out some of the recipes (to get ready for tailgating season with the defending national champs). Which rib recipe would you recommend first? And if the ribs call for spareribs, what time adjustments do I need to make for babybacks (which the kids like better).[p]With my egg thermometer hitting between 150 and 175 without anything lit, I may not need any coals.[p]Thanks from Austin.

    cbs,
I've used that recipe a dozen or so times with babybacks ... our local butcher sells some that are huge.[p]I did not deviate from the recipe one bit even though it is supposed to be for spares. [p]Go for it .... you won't be sorry.[p]
