Pork Chops

Any quick details on how to cook my char crust encrusted chops?

    Roger, 350 to 400F..and if thick..about 4 to 5 minutes per side..and dwell 10 minutes for a light pink to well done.
    Hopefully you will be over the 140F internal.

    Roger, Probably not as fast as I woofed down two bun filled chopped brisket and bbq sauce with BBQ tater chips tonight. Eating light and snack time..Fill in with super red hot jerky later on. Gotta get my pizza dough up and started. New wrinkles in Pizza to try out the next few days.
