<p />Had today off. After grilling chops and potato wedges on the small this afternoon, I cooked these spares on Mr. Big for dinner. 4.25 hours at 280-300 indirect. I rubbed them with Penzey's Bicentennial rub. No sauce. Very tasty and moist beyond belief.[p]Carl T
