<p />When I pulled the brisket last night I really had no promising expectations being the first one and all. So I sliced a pc. off and tasted it. Pretty darn good. (JJ's Rub helped I'm sure):>)Then I tried to pull some and it pulled pretty good as well. This was the end result. Mixed up a sauce with hot sauce, KC Masterpiece and Dave's insanity Sauce to pep it up a bit and was it yummy. Gonna bring some to Bear Fan's house today along with the jerky I made yesterday and tail gate a little bit.[p]Thanks to those that helped me. I will definately do this again.[p]Mick
