Since I haven't learned to get two pics on the same post, here is the torch in action.[p]Chef Jerry

Jwirlwind,
I'll second that! Had mine for about a year, and wouldn't be without it.

Jwirlwind,
I'll bite as a newbie to this subject. What's the nozzle contraption you got hooked to the tank?

Eggin in Peoria,
This is a torch that you can purchase at most hardware stores. It is inexpensive and does the job. It has a starter button and uses propane. The propane will last probably couple of years. A lot of people here use mapp gas setup, but you will find in my opinion to be the best thing to light the Egg.
Check out this web site for more information. [p]http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=91037[p]Chef Jerry
