Turkey Legs...

edited 11:45AM in EggHead Forum
Well the wife picked up some turkey legs today at Freddy's and said, "what can you do with these for dinner?"[p]So I seasoned them with my special rub (Ma's recipe) and sat em for an hour. Then tossed them on the Q with Mesquite and Pear. They are about done and are kicking like heck!....I put them on the lower level for the first 20, then on top for the rest....
updates to follow...[p]also have a nice merlot :) [p]

Mop, Here is the link for those that missed this enlightening bit of info. Getting tired of the egg jokes from a select few of the metalheads, but you can't help but see the humor in this one!
    Arh arh arh.[p]Cheers!
