spinach atichoke dip reciepes????

anyone have any good reciepes for this????
my wife and I go to 3 dollar Jr resturant and they have a good spinach jalapeno dip. [p]any reciepe with jalapeno jelly? thanks Jquinn

    A simple, but wonderful recipe for jalapeno jelly is to pour it over a block of cream cheese and serve it with your favorite crackers.

    Tonia said she was in Altamonte Springs, Fl. for a seminar this weekend??? so am posting this recipe on her behalf.[p]Appetizer, Dip, Crab, Creamy & Artichoke, W/Spinach and Roasted Garlic, QBabe
    [p]Ingredients
    8 oz imitation crab meat, chopped
    8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/3 cup chopped onion
    6 oz artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/2 tsp Raging River Rub
    6-10 cloves roasted garlic, (optional)
    1/2 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed & squeezed dry, then finely chopped (optional)



    Procedure
    1 Pre-heat cooker to 375°.
    2 In medium bowl, blend together the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
    3 Blend the roasted garlic cloves into a paste.
    4 Add to cream cheese mixture.
    5 Stir in remaining ingredients and place mixture in a pie plate.
    6 Sprinkle with paprika or more Raging River Rub.
    7 Bake, uncovered, for 15-18 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned.
    8 Serve with crackers or french bread.
