We hope everyone enjoyed their Fourth of July weekend and is excited for more warm weather grilling! This week, we’ll be making these two burgers: Stuffed Portobello Mushroom and Caribbean Chicken, and also eating lots of these Ice Cream Sandwiches in honor of National Ice Cream Month! New Year Party

So far, have two pork loins ala Bobby Flay, two racks of ribs ala Smokin' Todd (a true rib pioneer), wings ala Finger Lickin' Tom (a chicken cooking master), some smoked sausages ala whoever feels like cooking them, a pack of 100 frozen hors' doeuvres, some Smokin' Todd spinach dip, and most likely some chips and salsa and possibly others on tap for NJ's rockin' New Year's Eve party. Add to this lots of beer, darts, and music! Tomorrow is shaping up to be quite a party!!![p]Happy Holidays to everyone and their friends and families!!![p]
