Grilled Zucchini

This time of year if you have a garden you have an abundance of squash, and we have Zucchini!!! This works even on the ones you forgot to pick yesterday and grew a foot over night.

Do not peel Zucchini.

Slice lenght wise about 3/8 inch thick.

Drizzle olive oil over the slices get it on both sides.

Sprinkle with your favorite Fajita spice, or just use a mixture of garlic powder, salt, and pepper, all over slices.

Place directly on hot rack about 350 deg for 6 min a side. You can even place it around meats you are cooking, but keep it well away from raw chicken.

Pull off grill and feed to guests as an apptiizer. Make sure you get the first bite it might be all you get.
