I just seperated the point from the flat....how long do I cook the point to get burnt ends and at what temp???

Rick G, I don't know for sure but I think I remember some one saying possibly another 4 hours. I read it in either the whiz"s site or playing with fire and smoke. wish I could be more help yesterday mine tuned out to be very tender and I took it off with rest chopped it and planning to put it in some beans good luck maybe some body will show up soon

Rick G,[p]Like the others said, toss it back on for 2 to 4 hours, then cube it, sauce the pieces and put them back on for the sauce to reduce and carmelize which takes an hour or so. I use aluminum pans.[p]~thirdeye~
