Japanes Style Salmon Fillet

<p />I posted a while back about doing salmon fillets, with a teriyaki glaze. I took some pictures at the time but couldn't figure out how to get em posted. Well thanx to MickeyT I think I've now got a clue now (we'll see).[p]If all works this is a picture of the fillets just before I added the glaze.[p]I'll post a follow up showing the fillets just after the glaze was put on.[p]Jethro

    <p />Jethro,[p]Well whada ya know, it worked. Here's the pic with glaze. Once it's on I justed waited a couple of minutes to let it start getting a bit tacky.[p]We enjoyed it, but I can't say I would want to only do salmon in this manner. It is a nice change/alternative method though.[p]Best wishes to all for the coming new year![p]Me Again[p]ps having Egg withdrawal - I haven't been able to fire her up since October I believe. Far too long, I think we all know what my resolution needs to be.

    Gfw,[p]Thanks, we did enjoy it. The glaze was store bought, I think we still have some at home. I'll try checking on it and let you know.[p]Jeff

    Gfw,[p]Well a big duhhh! To me, it is Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze.[p]That should have been my first guess.[p]Jethro
