Still got the kids from Fargo here, been a week now. So what to cook now, it's already been butt, ribs, turkey, chicken, steaks, brisket. So I took hamburger(2 lbs) and smashed it flat in a shallow pan with plastic wrap below. Shaped it like a rectangle about 16" by 6". Then put blue cheese, onions chopped real fine, yellow bellpepper chopped fine, garlic, and seasoned it all with salt and pepper and a sprinkle of oregano. Then I rolled it up like an egg roll and sealed the ends so it wouldn't leak. Put it on the small indirect at 275 with Jack Daniels wood chips and cooked for 1.5 hours until the internal temp was 160. MAN THAT WAS GOOD!!

Only problem was cutting it. Use a long sharp knife to slice very carefull without pushing down or the filling will squirt out.[p]
