Brisket done already

Precious miseries. I got up this morning at 0730 to check the brisket and it is already at 178. I put it on last night and it spent most of the night at 250. It got a little hot (290) around 4 AM and I shut it down some and it went back down to 250. Looks like it is going to have some time sitting in the cooler today. Pictures later. We are try hodags for breakfast and have to make the ABTs so we can cook them this afternoon.[p]John
