"Brisket roasting on an open fire" Merry Christmas to ya'll

Well, ok it's gonna a be in the morning. The brisket is in the frig marinating in Nature Boys sauce. I even put the vacuum pack to it. Never tried vacuum lock before,hope it works. Also going to make BB'Q' Sauce but I'm not sure who give credit to on this one. If anyone has tried the vacuum pack with a foodsaver let me know if it works any better or worse.

    How about Chest chunks roasting on an open fire! You'll be pleased with the vacuum effect. Even if it doesn't help much, it is fun to massage! Credit for the marinade goes to Spice Cooks, who pulled it from the Meco BBQ Cookbook, and emailed it to me last year. All I did was get hooked on it.[p]Haven't heard from Spice Cooks for a while...I know they are getting settled into a new place. Great people who I need to meet someday! They have been a big part of this forum, and openly share really good stuff. [p]Enjoy your cook!
