Chubby's Firecracker Chipotle Baked Beans

Thanks Chubby. I made your famous beans today and they are great. I never did find Pomegranate Molasses locally, so I just reduced a cup of pomegranate juice (with 1/3 cup sugar and a couple of tablespoons lemon juice added). Reduced by about 2/3 - it stilled looked like syrup, but I figured the flavor is all we are looking for and it will boil down when cooking. I saw this somewhere on the internet as a substitute. Wanted to save my andouille so I substituted some most excellent smoked jalapeno venison sausage. May not be as good as you make, but I think it is close and I am very happy. Having ABT's, roast corn and the beans for dinner.
