First Prime Rib

From what I gather, rubbed with salt or other seasonings and 15 min a pound at around 350 until 130-140. Anyone use any smoke? Thanks and Merry Christmas to all!

    Tar Heel,
I would ixnay the mokesay. The normal lump charcoal adds the right smoke flavor.
    Hope this helps,
