I've seen various methods of egging ribs tossed around in discussion but I'm not clear on exactly what I'm supposed to do when in regards to 3-1-1. I assume it refers to doing a slow and low on the ribs for 3 hours, followed by one hour rest in foil, then back on the egg for one more hour? Can some one either point me to a complete on-line description of the process or describe here? I appreciate the assist.
