Just spent 8 days at a nice hotel in Playa Del Carmen. Very nice hotel (RIU) all inclusive w/ several restaurants. The food was good but as my wife said as we were landing at Lambert -- "I really miss our egg. Let's have someting great when we get home- a big fat juicy hamburger." I fired up Mr.Egg and had the best food in 8 days. 1/2 lb. dizzy dusted burgers medium rare. Good to be home.
