What Ribs

Looks like the Egg has done it again. I just pulled the ribs off the cooking machine and they wanted to fall on the ground. Talking about tender. Man o Man!!![p]Chef Jerry

    made the mistake once of not using a vee-racik for a butt, and when it was done, i had a hell of a time getting it of the grill in one piece..heck, i had trouble getting it off in four pieces...
