London Broil

We are going to do a london broil this weekend. It's been years since we've done them. Assume I'll cook hot and rare--slice against the grain. Don't recall seeing any recipes on our forum. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

bobbyb, I cook mine like your post. However, I marinate the London broil overnight in Italian dressing and cook as is or wipe dry and use a rub also. Very good. Jim.
