I am a huge Green Chili Stew fan but have never tried to make it myself. I can immagine that it would be fantastic made on my Egg. So...

I lived in Norman, OK for a long time and love the Green Chili Stew at the Border Crossing. It's a hearty stew with beef and a rather clear broth. They are a Santa Fe Style restaurant. If anyone has a recipe for this type of a Green Chili Stew...give it up!!!
