<p />Just post a message but the picture did not work. Will Try again.Picture is attached this time. I cooked the ribs indirect at 250 for about 4 hours. I turned them over a few times. They hit a plateau at about 170 and stayed ther for about an hour. I ate some for supper and enjoyed them very much.[p]
