Rainbow trout recipe needed

I just got a fresh rainbow trout about 2lbs from a friend. I have never cooked trout on my egg. Advice and recipes needed please. Thanks

    I have always cooked trout in foil, with the skin on, then remove skin and bones before eating. Season with a little salt & pepper, then put a dallop of the following mixture on top: sour cream, finely-diced cucumbers, dill weed (preferably fresh, but dried also works) and a little salt[p]This topping is absolutely to die for. You will not be disappointed.
