Going to do a (7) pound bone in turkey breast indirect at 375 ... any idea how much time I can expect to cook it?[p]Thanks in advance.

meinbmw,I haqve done direct at 300 to 160 meat in three hours several times.

i do a turkey breast indirect for about 90 min. or so depending on the size....160 internal...good cooking
