<p />Side-By-Side - about the only difference between the Shoulder and the Butt was that the shoulder took a little longer to cook (about 20 minutes) and the shoulder was a little more fatty - both of which could be answered by the fact that the shoulder was a little larger and had a nice fat cap - I pulled both and the taste was the same - about perfect.[p]I declared this the last weekend of summer - while waiting for the pork to finish, I finally put the top on my jeep - just a thought - it's only five months until April - Life is GOOD! :~}
