double plateau

Each time I think I have these butts down, they mess with my head.[p]Have 2 going. Each about 7.5 lbs. But they hit the plateau around 160 something and went down a few degrees, as expected. Then started climbing and climbing. Then they stalled again and I have one that has went down now from 192 to 189 in the past 2 hours. The other one has been stuck at 179 now for the past 2 hours as well.[p]And fire is going very strong at 270. Good smoke and heat coming out.[p]I'm hungry.
