Found them under the Butterball brand yesterday, and did them for dinner last night. They're nothing more than turkey breast cut cross-grain about 3/8 of an inch thick, so I'm thinking in the future I can make our own.[p]I marinated them a couple hours in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped onion, chopped cilantro and smashed garlic. I egged them at 350 for 2 1/2 minutes per side. They came off moist and tender, ready to take their place in our "let's do this again" file.[p]Ken
