I recently visited the BGE mothership store and purchased a cast iron grate for my medium. I had it shipped via UPS thru my co-worker. Upon arrival back in Michigan, the grate had broken. UPS requires verification of purchase for the damage claim.
Anyway, I have called and emailed the BGE store with no response. I was under the assumption that the Mothership provided excellent customer support???
Can someone help me?
