Anyone got a crab stuffed portabello recipe . .

. . got some portabello caps and saw naked whiz's recipe for them. Also bought some crab cakes with lump crab meat in them. Figured instead of frying the crab cakes I could "stuff" the mushrooms with them. Reckon that would go o.k. on the egg? Any experience with just the crab cakes on the egg?
