Spatchcocked chicken and how do I cook this????

Here are two photos of a spatchcocked chicken from the other night with grilled veggies[p]IMG_0027.jpg[p]IMG_0028.jpg[p]And now the big question. Found this cut of beef at Sams today while looking for a packer cut brisket (they only had flats). Is this the elusive tri-tip or just a big sirloin roast. It is 12.5#. It is Prime beef not choice. Any recommendations on how to cook it?[p]IMG_0030.jpg[p]Thanks,
