New Large Egg, Buffalo Skirt Steak....

Just put my Large Green Egg together, and was trying to decide on what to cook for the first time. Decided on a nice portion of Buffalo Skirt Steak, seasoned only with fresh cracked pepper and Maldon Sea Salt. Also roasted up some fresh Anahiem and Jalapeno peppers, along with a sweet onion. The fajitas were as awesome as I had anticipated. What a pleasure it is to cook with the Green Egg. I can only imagine the possibilites that lie ahead.........
