not BBQ, but great anyway...
<p />Yesterday I spent most of the day making beef jerky and black bean chili on the BGE - and in between, I made 3 Mexican Meatloafs for the freezer. [p]Needing something quick for tonight's dinner, I found and modified a recipe for Stuffed Green Peppers - great stuff. The recipe is on the link.
