I followed Tim M's advice using a double drip pan with fire bricks underneath so not to burn the drippings. Put on at 11:30 took off at 2:30, let sit for 30 minutes and sliced. Tender, juicy, and most of all great tasting. Hope it makes it to Arrowhead. Go CHIEFS. I used to use a rotisseire to cook a turkey. Guess what, never again.[p]CWM
