Food Preservation

Anyone have a particular method for preserving ABE food (already been egged)? I would like to have pulled pork on Monday evening, but need to cook the butt on Saturday because I will be out of town all day on Sunday. Any suggestions?

    <p />bd, I frequently make pulled pork or pulled beef (picture) strickly to package in zip lock bags and freeze. When ready, thaw and plase the opened zip lock (with contents) in a microwave for 5-6 minutes at about 30% power - good as when it came off the grill. Good luck!
